Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Search Manager to join our team, working alongside a team of like-minded specialists to define and deliver impactful paid search campaigns.
You will support and work closely with the Head of PPC in driving performance for our exciting and ever-growing client base, assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search activities across various markets.
As a paid search manager part of your role will be identifying growth opportunities with our current client base and it’s important that you’re constantly at the forefront of industry developments and, when suitable, testing these new tactics or platforms for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage a portfolio of large and/or complex client-paid search campaigns across various networks.
- Collaborate closely with other departments for cross-company clients, ensuring alignment on overall strategy and maintaining regular update meetings with key internal stakeholders.
- Resolve complex challenges by creating strategic solutions that mitigate risks.
- Lead client and sales calls to discuss and plan campaign strategies using a detailed roadmap.
- Set up, implement, track, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple search engines and markets.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and strategy development across UK and international markets.
- Provide cost estimates and ensure effective budget management.
- Familiarity with tracking systems and goal configurations.
- Prepare and present monthly reports; attend monthly progress meetings with clients.
- Analyse PPC campaign performance and provide recommendations for the next steps.
- Take responsibility for the success of PPC campaigns, ensuring client ROI, and contributing to KPI reporting.
- Perform detailed quarterly audits on accounts.
- Focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently and at speed.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a high understanding of paid search channels and product types; agency experience is preferred.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to effectively manage and optimise varying monthly budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of data manipulation, this role it is vital that you’re able to have a clear understanding of data downloading, trending, formatting and analysis.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and clients.
- A proactive, solutions-focused work ethic, taking the initiative to drive results rather than waiting for direction.
- Highly proficient in different interfaces such as Google Ads, Microsoft etc
- A genuine passion for paid search, with a strong desire to stay informed on industry trends and confidence to share knowledge with the wider team.
