About the Role
Expect mind-blowing, adrenaline-pumping activities in the daytime and competitive, interactive bar games in the evening. Take on themed escape rooms, putt your stuff with hi-tech mini golf or challenge your family to a laser tag battle.
The café serves a range of hot and cold drinks alongside a selection of tasty snacks, it’s the perfect pitstop before getting back to the fun. Or you can just hit pause on your adrenaline-packed day and soak up the atmosphere in the indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s. As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work in our brand new Play Experience Activity Centre for the rest of the week.
Outside of Mondays and Fridays, you will be working on all aspects of our Play Experience Activity Centre covering the reception bookings, serving snacks and drinks in the cafe, guiding guests play in our escape rooms, laser tag, mini golf and interactive bar games as well as keeping a clean and tidy environment.
This is a permanent role with typical working hours cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondays and Fridays essential with a wide variety of shifts available between 7am – 10pm.
This role requires you to be aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements. Live in accommodation may be available for those re-locating to the area.
About You
We’re looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.
Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests. No experience? No problem! We will provide you with all the support and training you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role.
No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.
