Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regulatory Affairs Assistant located in Cardiff. The Regulatory Affairs Assistant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, analysing regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities and clients. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to regulatory affairs within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and standards.
- Assist in compiling, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documentation for product approvals.
- Support preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory authority inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory records, documentation, and databases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory standards.
- Create Cosmetics Product Information Files (PIF), product registration, Toxicological reports,
- Assessments, and label approval.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage technical accounts to refine regulatory processes.
