Our client, a respected non-profit membership organisation, is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support their growing membership base.
This is a part-time role (22 hours per week over 4 days), mostly remote, with occasional travel to meetings and flagship events (expenses covered).

About the Role
As a Membership Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individual members, ensuring they receive a seamless and professional experience. Working closely with the Senior Membership Coordinator, you’ll focus on membership operations, including handling applications, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data accuracy, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Membership Administration – Manage the full membership lifecycle, from applications and onboarding to renewals and upgrades
✔ Customer Service – Respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with members
✔ Data & CRM Management – Ensure accurate records, process payments, and maintain compliance with GDPR
✔ Support for Membership Events – Assist with key annual events, including a conference and trade shows, representing the organisation and engaging with members
✔ Collaboration & Innovation – Work closely with the team to improve processes, embrace new technology, and enhance the overall membership experience
Essential Skills & Experience
🔹 Proven experience in a customer-focused or membership-based role
🔹 Strong CRM and data management skills – accuracy is key!
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and a willingness to embrace new platforms
🔹 Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
