Facilities coordinator – 12-month contract
West End – Hybrid
£38,000-40,000 + benefits and bonus
Our client, a global financial company in the West End, is hiring a proactive and professional facilities coordinator to join their friendly team. You will join on a 1-year contract initially, that could potentially be extended to two.
You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations including assisting with New Starter H&S Induction Tours, DSE assessments and PEEPS
Reviewing and recording contractors’ compliance paperwork (RAMS) and insurance in clear and concise manner and ensuring Permit to Work applications have been submitted on the landlord portal
Working closely with the Senior Facilities manager in ensuring control of budgets and expenses relating to HSE and Facilities, including reviewing and updating manuals and guides
Liaising with vendors and contractors regarding SLAs and contract renewals, including raising NTAs
Maintaining inventory and supplies of equipment, furniture, and other items
Scheduling preventative maintenance tasks as well as reactive jobs
Reacting to maintenance emergencies promptly and escalating as required
Liaising with employees and contractors to ensure effective delivery of service
Event Management i.e. assisting with Social Committee in-office events
Work collaboratively with the wider Integrative team regarding various administrative overflow tasks such as reception cover, invoicing and travel administration
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, directly employed by a corporate organisation and with the IOSH qualification. This is an interesting and fast-paced role with excellent benefits. After the probationary period, the facilities coordinator will be able to work from home one day each week.
