Job Opportunity: Paralegal – RTA Claims (Defender)
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal or individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience in handling defender Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases. This exciting opportunity is within a dynamic dispute resolution team, offering the chance to manage your own caseload as part of a growing stream of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of defender RTA claims.
- Support the team as case volumes gradually increase.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and integrate into the wider dispute resolution team.
- Confidently communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Ideally, a qualified Paralegal or someone with relevant experience (minimum 2 years).
- Experience handling defender RTA claims is a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A background in legal or insurance sectors is acceptable.
Role Details:
- Location: Edinburgh preferred, but candidates from Glasgow will be considered if willing to travel to Edinburgh for training and supervision.
- Flexible working options (Full-time or Part-time, with a minimum of 21 hours per week).
- Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 – £30,000, plus bonus eligibility (Top performers received up to £8,000 in 2023).
