Carter Murray is excited be partnering with a global consultancy. This nine-month fixed term contract focuses on improving proposal and bid development by creating a standardised framework, streamlining access to key materials, and integrating tools and technology for efficiency. The successful candidate will also support senior stakeholders in refining bid strategies to enhance outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish standardised frameworks to optimise proposal development and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technology use, integrating new tools alongside existing systems like Netsuite and SharePoint to streamline processes and improve output quality.
- Explore AI-driven solutions to refine proposal development, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist partners and consultants in proposal creation, coordinating logistics such as clarification queries, deadline tracking, information gathering, credential selection, document drafting, proofreading, and final submission.
- Maintain and update the proposal development SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, accessible, and serving as a key resource for inquiries.
- Manage assignment close processes, ensuring timely updates to the proposal library, CVs, consultant experience records, and RFP FAQs, while maintaining proper categorization and accessibility.
