Looking for a Midweight Shopper Creative (Art Director) to join an amazing advertising agency in London.

As a Conceptual Creative within the Creative Team, you will be a driving force behind impactful creative work across a diverse range of shopper marketing clients, new business pitches, and internal projects.

This will include:

  • Developing creative concepts for BTL and shopper platforms, often incorporating central activations, promotional tactics, experiential campaigns, events, and trade customer incentives.
  • Concept development and art direction of campaigns throughout the shopper journey, including retail environments in various markets.
  • Working collaboratively with your creative lead to generate standout concepts.
  • Visualising creative ideas and retail displays through mood boards and detailed scamps.
  • Art direction and guidance for 2D and 3D designers in creating retail spaces and display designs.
  • Collaborating on the rollout of toolkits across the creative and design teams.
  • Flexibly contributing to copywriting or working closely with a copywriter as part of a team.
  • Developing a strong understanding of clients\’ brands, marketing strategies, and industries.
  • Partnering with Strategy, Design, and other teams to create innovative ideas.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a creative role, ideally including retail and shopper marketing.
  • Familiarity with FMCG marketing, with bonus points for experience in the drinks sector.
  • Strong scamping skills to effectively brief design teams on retail displays.
  • Proficiency in Keynote and other creative tools (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Broad creative knowledge with the ability to source visual references and stay ahead of creative trends.
