We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Accounting & Finance department within a successful industry sector. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Description
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
- Match, Batch and code invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Manage accounts payable and occasionally cover receivable functions.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
