They are looking for an enthusiastic Pastoral Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for our students. Responsibilities as a Pastoral Support Assistant: In this Witney role, you will provide one to one and small group support to students who are struggling with ASD and other mental health challenges.
