Our comprehensive product range includes our unique External Deterrent System, High Definition CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Remote Monitoring, Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems. AlertSystems have a Sales Ledger vacancy (100% site based) Sales Ledger role – * Producing invoices and credit notes * Chasing outstanding debt * Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner * Running customer statements * Customer credit checking * Providing month end customer reports * Ad hoc duties as required including taking credit card payments over the phone Essential skills for the Sales Ledger – * Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger is desirable (preferably 1+ years). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Numerical competency. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office. * Good keyboard skills. AlertSystems offers the Sales Ledger – * A salary of £26,000 p.a. * 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (site based). * 22 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday. * Group Pension contributions. * Free on-site parking. * Group Life Insurance Cover. * Employee Assistance Programme including – BenefitHub App – employee rewards programme & incentives.
