Site Superintendent – New York Manhattan $150k-$200k We are working with a contractor in the high end sector, specialising in luxury urban residences and custom homes, commercial structures, construction, conversion, renovation, or restoration projects across the East Coast. They are looking for a Superintendent who will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
