Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Will I Be Doing?
• Provide exceptional travel support to clients during emergencies, ensuring seamless solutions that minimise disruption.
• Monitor global news and risk alerts to proactively advise travelers.

• Manage client requests efficiently while adhering to service-level agreements.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant -What Experience Do I Need?
• A proven track record in business travel or emergency travel support is essential.
• Experience using travel booking systems (GDS) essential – preferably Sabre and Amadeus and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, airfares, and industry best practices.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – Additional Information
Location: Fully remote role. However, you will need to travel to London for 5–6 weeks of training standard Monday to Friday hours initially (all expenses covered).
Hours: As part of the Out of Hours team, you will work outside standard office hours, providing 24/7 emergency travel support on a rotating shift basis. Typically the shifts are midnight – 8am or 10pm – 6am – you will work 3 on, 3 off and this will include weekends and bank holidays. You will typically work 29 hours a week.
