Our award winning AJ100 client are currently on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to help bolster their technical team and deliver large scale international projects (UK, Asia, UAE). Typology includes stadiums & luxury hotels.
The contract is an initial 12-month outside IR35 contract but there is a high likelihood of extension, given the trajectory of projects being awarded year-on-year.
Day-to-day, you\βll be expected to:
- Produce technical detail drawings using Revit
- Assist the Project Architects & Associates in charge
- Liaise with external contractors & other design services (MEP, civil structural etc.)
Requirements:
- Expertise using Architectural Revit, ideally with some BIM knowledge
- Strong technical experience, being able to independently put together a drawing
- Mixed project background; the larger the scale the better!
