What you’ll be doing in this role: Take a lead to pro-actively prevent and detect leakage across the Group resulting from theft, other types of fraud, process weaknesses and human error by continuously improving fraud prevention systems and processes. Conduct timely and robust investigations and interviews into allegations of fraud and ensure action is taken to address the root cause to prevent similar occurrences across the wider Group. Liaise with colleagues and management at all levels to raise awareness of fraud risks and help address areas of weakness. Support the development of management information and insight mechanisms that provide senior management with a view of fraud risks and issues across the Group. Help drive the data analytics agenda for the function to proactively detect operational compliance and fraud risks. What we’re looking for: Strong track record in Loss Prevention/Fraud Prevention role. Able to balance and prioritise business requirements, along with processes and techniques to identify and assess risk and find practical solutions. Strong analytical skills, able to quickly identify and present key issues concisely. Experience managing a mix of stakeholders and interacting with multiple functional areas.
