InstaStaff are currently supporting a leading retail and clothing company, based in Kings Norton, with the recruitment of their new Product Manager. You will be managing their eBay and Amazon sites and will be a specialist in this area. Your role will be to manage and optimize the online marketplace presence while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position aimed at boosting revenue across our eBay and Amazon through product listings, up selling and customer services. The duties of the Product Manager will include: Manage the companies eBay and Amazon accounts Create, optimize, and manage product listings on popular online marketplaces Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue Respond professionally to customer enquiries, reviews, and feedback Monitor market trends across both platforms Handle customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and care Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly across all communication channels Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint Take high-quality product photos and edit them for use in listings Create visually appealing and accurate product images using tools such as Adobe Photoshop Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to support growth. Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Conduct market research and track competitor performance to stay ahead of trends The ideal Product Manager will have: Experience in a similar role Knowledge of the retail and clothing industry Knowledge of eBay and Amazon platforms Experience of managing product listings on online marketplaces Experience using Linnworks or similar eCommerce management systems The salary for the Product Manager will be circa £32,000 depending on experience. The hours of work for the Product Manager are 9am – 5.30pm Benefits include 28 days holiday including the bank holidays, free carparking, pension and staff discount
