What You\’ll Be Doing:
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail management and operations
Lead by example, delivering customer service excellence and motivating your team to do the same
Take ownership of sales leadership, KPIs, and in-store performance
Deliver inspiring visual merchandising and stock presentation
Play an active role in recruitment & training, helping develop a knowledgeable and confident team
Assist with scheduling, P&L responsibility, and driving profitability
Foster a supportive team culture built on coaching and trust

Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Strong background in team management, leadership, and staff development
