Role Overview:
My client is the largest investment and asset management firm in the world and they are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract to support hiring for investment and multi-asset roles. The ideal candidate will have prior in-house recruitment experience within Asset Management and/or Global Financial Services (FS) firms, successfully hiring for similar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for investment and multi-asset roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Source, assess, and engage top talent across global financial markets.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
