Are you a land surveying or civil engineering graduate looking for your first role in the surveying industry or have you already gained some previous experience either setting out or on the topographical side of things? Are you looking for your next role with a company that is set up to invest in you and continue your training whilst allowing you to work on a range of exciting projects? Then we may have just the role for you. Our client is a well respected company in the land surveying sector and has a strong forward order book of work offering works in and around London. They are looking to add to their existing team and are comfortable with either a graduate looking for their first role in industry or someone who's maybe already gained some experience elsewhere. They are also able to offer exposure to a range of projects in the build and infrastructure sectors, from the smallest to the largest schemes and also encourage their employees to continue their professional development. Which they do by supporting individuals in working towards gaining CICES and other qualifications. Your duties would include – Assisting the Senior surveyor in establishing and setting up of both primary and secondary control Assisting the senior surveyor with Dimensional control Assisting the senior surveyor with setting out of construction works Maintaining and carrying equipment Assisting with downloading of data and production of Asbuilts Requirements for this position – A land surveying / civil engineering or Geomatics qualification or equivalent is preferable, but a relevant construction qualification is acceptable also.
