Job Title: Commissioning Home Manager – Residential Care Home Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum Hours: Full time – Permanent Location: West Sussex Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Commissioning Home Manager to join a well-established residential care home in West Sussex As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the home's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and driving business performance. You will take ownership of the home, develop a strong team, and work towards achieving excellence in care and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and high standards of care. Manage the home's P&L, working towards company targets and financial objectives. Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of a dedicated team, promoting a positive working environment. Lead the commissioning process, implementing strategies to enhance care delivery and improve occupancy. Take ownership of the home's success, driving improvements and fostering a culture of excellence. Person Specification: Commissioning experience is preferred Registered Management experience in a similar-sized private residential home Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of managing P&L and achieving company targets. Demonstrated success in achieving excellent CQC results. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain a motivated team.
