TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a property consultancy and market leader who are looking for a Data Analyst to oversee the Stock Condition and RdSAP Surveys within the Social Housing Sector. The key duties for the Data Analyst are: Ensuring all Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveys are uploaded in line with the Clients software and specification. Communicating with surveyors to ensure surveys are uploaded onto the portal on time Preparing postcode/property lists for surveyors.Few other duties but we can discuss on call. Desirable Skills: A sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and SharePoint. A strong Stock Condition and RDSAP background. A sound working knowledge of IT generally. Attention to detail and very analytical. An ex-stock condition surveyor/graduate BS surveyor who has prior experience in the field. Salary – £33,000-£40,000 (DOE) Hours – 37.5 hrs per week – 9AM to 5PM Location – Farnham, Surrey. Start Date – IMMEDIATELY
