Due to our continued expansion we have a vacancy available for an additional Fire Alarm Service Engineer. The package offered to suitable candidates will reflect the level of experience and qualifications held. Fire Alarm Service Engineer To undertake planned maintenance and repairs of fire alarms, emergency lighting and ancillary equipment. The on-call rota is currently one week in eight. Candidates would ideally have a proven track record and experience within the industry and be a competent engineer. However, full training can be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, practically minded and has a can-do attitude. Someone who looks to achieve a first-time fix when presented with problems. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to organise workloads, plan their diary including route planning to minimise travel time, work effectively and have excellent customer care skills. Candidates should ideally have FIA or BFC qualifications and have a good understanding of the current British Standards but full training can be provided if necessary.
