Personal Injury Solicitor Glasgow NQ – 3 PQE £42,000 – £48,000 Venari Legal are delighted to once again be working with our long standing client who are looking to add a Personal Injury solicitor to their successful team based in Glasgow. You will have the chance to join the team as a solicitor and handle litigated personal injury cases, drive results and contribute to delivering justice to their clients. As a Solicitor, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution. Maximise cost recovery while meeting or exceeding financial targets. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Supervise and mentor Legal Assistants and Trainees, contributing to their professional growth. Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement within the department. This role is essential to achieving the firm's strategic goals and maintaining the high standards of service their clients expect. You will: Be a qualified Solicitor: Current practising certificate in Scotland. Proven ability to manage litigated personal injury cases including EL, PL & OL, with a strong understanding of Scottish personal injury law. Exceptional negotiation, litigation, and organisational abilities. Ability to guide and support Legal Assistants and Trainees within your team.
