Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation within the automotive, industrial, and garage equipment sectors. They are looking for two dynamic and driven Demonstration Sales Specialists to join their team and promote their industry-leading range of induction heating equipment across the UK. This role will involve working closely with sales managers and distributors to demonstrate products, develop sales opportunities, and provide technical solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live demonstrations of induction heating equipment in automotive garages, commercial vehicle workshops, tool hire businesses, and industrial accounts. Work closely with the sales team and distributors to generate new business opportunities. Provide expert product knowledge to customers, showcasing the benefits and cost savings of induction heating technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshop managers, and key decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s expansion within the market. Gather market insights and report potential new product developments. Maintain an organised schedule of demonstrations and customer visits across the region. Attend industry events and exhibitions as required. Key Skills & Experience: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Technical or mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn about induction heating technology. Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent planning and time management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider sales team. Experience in the automotive, industrial, or tool hire sectors is advantageous but not essential.
