A highly reputable studio specialising in luxury residential projects for UHNW clientele across the globe is seeking a skilled Mid-weight FF&E Designer to join their thriving team. The role offers the opportunity across all project stages of large scale, luxury residences where 90 – 100% of the projects are bespoke / custom designed. Working with a talented and supportive team, you will be challenged and rewarded in equal measure for your contributions while seeing your career development flourish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop & InDesign
* Supporting the FF&E Senior Designers by preparing internal elevations, setting up drawings using relevant templates, and collaborating with artisans, manufacturers, suppliers, architects, and other external teams to the highest standards of quality and execution
* Creation of schematic design packages
* Custom furniture design
* Coordination of FF&E research, selection, schedules and procurement through manufacturing, and installation phases
* Assisting with presentations, design development, and resolving any design conflicts as they arise
* Management of FF&E logistics, schedules, sign off, as well as installation and styling where necessary
You must be able to demonstrate at least 3-5 years of solid luxury FF&E design within high end residential projects and have good working knowledge of suppliers, finishes and current trends.
