About the Role Machine Operative – Nights St Mary Bourne, Andover 4 on 4 off shifts £35,413,56 We are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join our team in our busy salad production factory. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met Conducting regular quality checks and reporting any issues Report any faults/damage on any equipment Completion of Pre and Post check sheets Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations Keeping the work area clean and organised What we are looking for: Previous experience working as a machine operative in a factory or food production environment is preferred/.
