Permanent Sales Administrator Locations: Southam, Warwickshire Pay rates: £26,000 – £29,000 per year Depending on Experience Job role & Shift pattern: • Responsible for smooth running of Key Accounts and/or General Orders. • Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly. • Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company hire system to minimise account queries and potential credits. • Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes. • Maintaining a good relationship with customers and ensure the systems are running smoothly to provide the best service. • Answering incoming calls within 3 rings. • Comply with all SHEQ procedures. • Ad hoc departmental duties to be covered for absences/holidays.. • Monday to Friday. 08:00 – 17:00.
