Role Overview🔹 Emergency Call Handling – Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, alerting Incident Responders across the site. 🔥 Fire Alarm Management – Monitor and respond to fire alarms, mobilising the on-site Fire & Rescue Service efficiently. ✈️ Aerodrome Emergencies – Notify and deploy resources for aerodrome-related incidents. 📡 Agency Coordination – Mobilise County Fire & Rescue Services and other agencies as per SOPs. 📞 Out-of-Hours Emergency Calls – Manage emergency calls for customers and business areas outside of core hours. 🎥 CCTV Monitoring – Conduct regular camera checks, ensuring accuracy and reporting faults promptly. 🔍 Incident Investigation – Utilise CCTV and access control software to conduct detailed investigations and present findings. 📚 Training & Flexibility – Be open to training across Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions to meet evolving demands. 🔄 Ad-Hoc Duties – Assist with additional tasks as required by Supervisors/Managers.
