As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join their experienced team. About Our Client: Our client is a market-leading insolvency and restructuring practice with a growing presence across the UK. Known for their expertise in corporate insolvency, they provide innovative solutions to distressed businesses and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, predominantly MVLs and CVLs. Preparing statutory reports, letters, and documentation in line with compliance requirements. Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process. Assisting with asset realisation, distributions, and finalisation of insolvency cases. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring deadlines are met. Supporting the wider insolvency team with administrative duties and case progression. Ensuring all regulatory and legislative requirements are adhered to. Key Requirements: Experience in an insolvency role, handling corporate cases such as MVLs and CVLs. Knowledge of insolvency processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise with directors, creditors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS, Turnkey, or similar) is advantageous. A proactive and methodical approach to work with keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. What’s on Offer?
