Enterprise Architect Cardiff 1-2 days per week in the office £73-83,000 with flexibility to £92,000 for those who meet the ‘How to stand out’ criteria below) We’re helping one of Cardiff’s most established non-profits to scale up the architecture team to focus on overall strategy and shaping the future of the team.. About you: You will have the experience to drive and influence; you can walk the walk with technology, understand it and translate it to a language that other people can understand (whether that’s in business talk for stakeholders or in simpler terms for non-technical people). Coming from an enterprise level background, you will have learned from past experiences and you are able to demonstrate what ‘good’ looks like/. You will set a vision for the architecture team and look at how you can mature that. We are looking for someone who can be put in front of a director and effectively get engagement. If you are less technical and more front of house, this would be a great fit. About the role: You will be an internal IT consultant at times, you will be embedded within the team and be involved with overall strategy, working with business leaders on thought leadership. There will be a direction set for the enterprise architecture team, which you will break down into digestible pieces to help achieve. You will work on how to leverage AI and the strategy around that. They currently have machine learning in their data team and they have recently implemented Co-Pilot. How to stand out: The client is a strong believer in hiring the right person rather than having a long list of requirements; if you have the communication/adaptability skills you can learn the tech. However, if you have experience in the following then we have flexibility in the salary: Implementation of CRM within the business SAP HANA transformation experience Procurement system, MRS, SAP Work Manager, Dynamics, Salesforce or Cooper experience Architectural transformation experience.
