This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys business development and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to companies and offering our recruitment services. The role is flexible and can be done part-time or full-time, but we recommend a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week to see meaningful progress and earnings. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct business development activities to identify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses in need of recruitment services. * Pitch our recruitment solutions effectively and handle client objections professionally. * Work independently to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. * Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring needs. * Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress in a CRM system.
