Our CQC-regulated services offer a nurturing environment for children with specific needs, e.g., learning disabilities, autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring their well-being, development, and safety are at the heart of everything we do. The Role As a Childrens Support Worker, you will: · Provide care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child. · Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational activities. · Build trusting relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence. · Promote independence and life skills through engaging and meaningful activities. · Support children in managing their emotions and behaviors positively. · Ensure all care meets CQC standards and adheres to safeguarding protocols. What Were Looking For · A genuine passion for working with children and young people. · Must have a minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children and young people · Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards · Strong communication and interpersonal skills Requirements: · An enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service · NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or must be willing to work towards one · Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
