Group HSEQ Advisor Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary: £55-£60k + Travel and Bonus (upto 30%) Industry: Energy, Renewables, Infrastructure We are seeking a Group HSEQ Advisor to join a leading company in the energy and infrastructure sector. Reporting directly to the Group Head of HSEQ, this role is crucial in supporting the strategic direction of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Support the implementation of HSEQ strategies across the company’s offices, projects, and operations. * Provide expert advice on health, safety, environment, and quality matters, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. * Conduct site audits, training sessions, and risk assessments, ensuring best practices in HSEQ management. * Work closely with project HSEQ leads, contractors, and supply chains to ensure a culture of safety and sustainability. * Assist in the development and implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements. * Investigate incidents, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: * NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates (or equivalent); Diploma-level qualifications desirable. * Proven experience in HSEQ advisory roles within power, utilities, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors. * Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, risk management, and industry best practices. * Familiarity with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001). * Ability to engage, influence, and train stakeholders at all levels. * Willingness to travel across project sites when required.
