General Operative – Tent Manufacturing 📍 Location: Honiton, EX14 💰 Pay: £25,500 – £29,900 pa (£11.55 – £13.55 per hour (based on experience)) + yearly bonus 🕒 Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:45-17:00, Friday 7:45 – 15:15 (42.5 hrs/week) ⏳ Overtime: Available at basic rate 🎄 Christmas Shutdown: 1-2 weeks over the festive period About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on General Operative to join our team in manufacturing high-quality tents. You’ll be responsible for cutting, marking, and welding materials while following technical drawings, templates, and work instructions. Other tasks include construction, picking, and packing of products. 💡 No prior experience? No problem! Full on-the-job training is provided to help you develop essential skills.
