The Role As an Adult Support Worker, you will: Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of adults in our care. Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks. Encourage and promote independence by supporting life skills and social activities. Build positive relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence. Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Ensure all care and support aligns with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols. Must have previous experience in a care or support role or a CQC regulated setting Understanding on CQC standards and procedures Are resilient, patient, and adaptable to varying needs and situations. Requirements: Must have an enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to obtain one. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
