An automotive manufacturing company near Halstead, Essex are looking for a Paint Shop Supervisor to join their busy team. You will need to have spraying experience and be looking for the next step in your career! You will be working as part of a small team, leading and motivating them as well as still being hands on. You will prepare and paint large automotive parts, ready for them to be delivered to customers. In return you'll receive great benefits including 1.5x overtime and your birthday off work! Starting salary will be from £40,000 upwards, depending on experience. Working hours are 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30-13:30 Friday. What will my duties be?
