We have immediate placements available and welcome applications from candidates currently working with other agencies. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with SEMH needs in their educational and personal development. Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students. Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs. A compassionate and patient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not essential).What We Offer: A day rate of up to £120 per day in addition to holiday pay.
