What You’ll Be Doing

As a Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for the preparation of the production lines. Additionally, there is the skilled side of the role which is the batching and weighing of ingredients into large bins, whilst filling out all checks. You will ensure the team is working to their maximum potential and that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants must have a good level of education, verbal, written, and numerical skills. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential, preferably with salads, and candidates should be flexible in their approach to shifts. The successful candidate may be required to move shifts or departments to meet the needs of the business.
