Salesforce Administrator

Location: London (3 days per week in office), Start date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent, Hours: Full Time, Salary: £45,000 – £52,000

The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s Salesforce system to ensure it functions effectively. Salesforce is the organisation’s core system, and the role requires a good understanding of configuring, customising, and optimising their CRM system.

The successful applicant will be offered a highly competitive salary, in addition to various benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrate and maintain the business systems and ensure all system configurations meet business requirements, security, and best practices.
  • Train new users and grow Salesforce knowledge across the organisation.
  • Design and configure solutions on Salesforce and work with other 3rd party API tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Ideally, at least 1 Salesforce Certification.
