Role Overview Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation Access / Egress control Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system Key Holding responsibilities Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks Adhering to policies and procedures at all times General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site Provide a high standard of customer service Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
