The role involves delivering a range of maintenance services across residential properties in Cambridge and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in plumbing and the versatility to perform various maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Execute plumbing installations, repairs, and general maintenance tasks. Attend scheduled appointments to perform routine and emergency maintenance. Diagnose and resolve issues in domestic properties efficiently. Source necessary materials from local suppliers. Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality service. Maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients in occupied homes. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in plumbing in the maintenance sector. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred) or equivalent experience. Full UK driving license. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
