Gas Engineer/Technical Support (Off Tools) £45k+ Basic Salary + 25 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Pension + Bonus Location – Kent We currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced and qualified Gas/Heating/Renewable Engineer to join an established Manufacturer of domestic and commercial boiler, heating and heat pump systems. The role will likely suit an ex-engineer or someone who wants to come off the tools and work in an office environment. Job Role: Predominantly working in office, based in Kent therefore you will need to be Kent based and to be considered. As a Gas/Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for; – Providing technical and product support to relevant staff, engineers and customers Talking to customers and offering technical advice Responsible for some breakdown and fault-finding work Site visitsKey Skills and Experience Required: Must have previous experience as a gas / heating engineer, therefore the role will suit someone who has previously been a hands-on gas engineer and who may now be looking to come away from the tools. Hold either your Domestic Gas ACS, or Commercial Gas ACS. (such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1 Or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a) You MUST have a strong understanding and technical knowledge of domestic OR commercial gas, boiler and heating systems.
