Location: Nottingham Contractual Hours: 40 Basis: Full-time Job Account Manager A leading multi channel marketing services business is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join an established Nottingham-based customer service team, taking responsibility for managing printed point-of-sale campaigns for their client. We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive individual with drive and enthusiasm, who excels in relationship-building and communication at all levels. The ideal candidate will be process-orientated, highly organised, and capable of multitasking. They should be confident and professionally presented, with problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. The ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain a proactive work attitude, and collaborate effectively to meet client deadlines is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage marketing briefs, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution. 2. Ensure briefs are created and delivered to production teams on time and with commercial clarity. 3. Manage and track campaign CPAs and KPIs. 4. Identify solutions to provide exceptional customer service. 5. Deliver outstanding personal and team service, from attending production meetings to process enhancements. 6. Ensure POs are raised by the client and provided to head office. 7. Use management information systems to facilitate workflow and transfer information between client and production. 8. Explore ways to help grow the business for both the company and the client. Desirable Experience: 1. Experience in developing customer relationships. 2. Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel. 3. Experience working with marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution. 4. Understanding of production basics, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution. 5. Knowledge of print techniques, materials, and print finishes.
