Support Worker – Supported Living (Autism) | Kidderminster Are you passionate about making a difference in someone’s life? We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Kidderminster, providing 2:1 support to a young male within his supported living accommodation. About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping him live independently by assisting with: ✅ Daily living tasks such as laundry and maintaining a clean home ✅ Budgeting, managing finances, and shopping ✅ Social and emotional support, goal setting, and personal development ✅ Establishing and maintaining a structured routine ✅ Record-keeping and reporting to ensure high-quality care Shifts Available: We offer 37.5 hour day and night contracts: * Days: A mix of early shifts (07:30-15:00) and late shifts (15:00-21:30) * Nights: 21:30-07:30 What We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience supporting individuals with autism ✔ A compassionate and patient approach ✔ Ability to encourage independence and routine-building ✔ Strong communication and record-keeping skills If you’re passionate about empowering others and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
