Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients\’ print solutions. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong technical background in servicing and repairing multi-functional devices (MFDs) and other print-related equipment. Experience with IT and telecoms solutions would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of office equipment, including multi-functional devices from brands such as Develop, Epson, Lexmark, Toshiba and Kyocera. Provide on-site technical support and maintenance to clients across Essex and surrounding areas. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction. Perform installations, software upgrades, and network configurations as required. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. About You: Proven experience working with brands such as Develop, Epson, Lexmark, Toshiba and Kyocera. Strong technical knowledge of multi-functional devices and related software solutions. Experience or knowledge of IT and telecoms solutions is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Willingness to travel as part of the role. A valid UK driving license.
