A Production Team Leader is required to effectively manage and lead a team within my clients Operations department. The role focuses on ensuring the production line operates efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards. You will be the interim between the line & the Management team. Client Details The company is a large organisation in the Business Services sector located in Birmingham. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality services and maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Description Manage the day-to-day operations of the production line. Ensure team meets set productivity targets. Maintain high quality standards throughout production processes. Implement and uphold health and safety protocols. Provide training and support to team members as necessary. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Identify and troubleshoot production issues. Report on team performance and suggest improvements.MONDAY – FRIDAY 14:00 – 22:00 Profile A successful \’Production Team Leader\’ should have: Ideally, experience in a manufacturing environment – fast-paced preferred Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate & develop a team.
