Job description Site Manager – £300 – £350 per day – 6 Months – Outside IR35 Site manager required for a project starting in 4 weeks time in Abergavenny carrying out civils work on a Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrade and includes the following tasks – * Excavation and stoning up site area including piling mat * Ducting and drawpits * Reinforced concrete plinths including bund walls & slabs * Drainage including interceptor tank, concrete manholes, gullies, aco channels * Finishing works including kerbs & edgings, concrete pathways Site Manager Requirements – * SMSTS, First Aid, Cat & Genny, Temp Works Supervisor, Black card ideally * Ideally experience of working in \”on site\” waste water civils – dosing plant construction, wwtw upgrades etc * Must be experienced in deep drainage, reinforced concrete & finishing works and specifically as a subcontractor. * Must be strong at IT and able to produce RAMS to a high standard, produce lookahead programmes/resource schedules, call off materials, manage & control labour to high quality, safety and environmental standards. Must be good at communicating at all levels as will be customer facing as well as responsible for problem solving, motivation and working safely & efficiently. Would be expected to manage the site to a high level and produce all required paperwork in accordance with CDM and company/clients requirements. Experience of using Fonn cloud based project management system highly desirable. Would be expected to wear company uniform/ppe.
