As an E-Commerce Executive, the individual will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth across various retailer websites while ensuring their online presence is as strong and dynamic as their in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- The E-Commerce Executive will lead the drive for e-commerce sales across three key retailer websites, ensuring ambitious growth targets are met.
- Close collaboration with National Accounts and Marketing teams will be crucial, ensuring alignment on strategies for both in-store and online initiatives.
- Developing and implementing long-term e-commerce strategies for key retailer accounts, the E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities across product categories.
- Tracking performance at a granular level, creating detailed reports to provide insight into results, and recommending future strategies.
- The E-Commerce Executive will forecast e-commerce sales, comparing performance to previous years, and addressing any areas of risk or opportunity.
- Strategy sessions will be organised to set clear objectives for upcoming periods, ensuring all accounts are aligned.
- The E-Commerce Executive will work with the Marketing team to plan promotional kits, samples, and tailor bespoke product portfolios for each retailer.
- Performance monitoring of promotional kits and samples will be key, enabling more accurate product forecasting and planning.
- Ensuring accuracy across product pricing, portfolios, and details will be vital by liaising with the Operations team.
- Stock levels will need to be managed effectively to ensure that all accounts are fully supported and stocked with top-selling products.
- The E-Commerce Executive will develop a year-round content strategy to support retailer sites, promoting launches and evergreen content.
- Continuous monitoring and optimisation of product merchandising across all accounts will help maximise visibility and sales.
- Regular site audits will be conducted to ensure that all product listings and brand assets align with the company\’s guidelines.
- The E-Commerce Executive will foster relationships with key stakeholders by planning and executing recurring strategy meetings.
- In-depth reporting and analysis of all e-tail activity will be required to refine strategies and improve performance.
