Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team delivering essential infrastructure projects across the rail and civil engineering sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a reactive minor works civils framework in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of their regional operations, working alongside project and site managers to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Estimating and cost planning for civils works
- Managing subcontractor procurement and performance
- Administering NEC contracts and change control
- Supporting monthly valuations and final accounts
- Collaborating across teams to deliver value for our clients
What We’re Looking For:
- HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Experience in civil engineering (rail sector experience a plus!)
- Familiarity with NEC contract forms
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
