We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent Manufacturing Technician to join their team. A successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with small engineering projects. If you are an experienced Mechanical Technician, with a background in mechanical, production or chemical manufacturing and looking for your next career move, apply now for an immediate response! Due to the nature of this role, and the businesses you will be working in, the successful candidate will be required to undergo site security clearance to work on-site. The job you’ll do: The role will involve providing on-site support services. Applying, changing, and topping up fluids within plant equipment and machinery. Working to an agreed planned maintenance schedule. Condition Monitoring Managing the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site. Reporting using the company’s in-house IT system. Customer liaison and attending/assisting in meetings. Follow strict practices and procedures laid down including 5S and H&S. About you: Previous experience working within the manufacturing, engineering or chemical industry is preferred. Experience coordinating small scale projects is essential. IT Literate. You will have impeccable time management and attention to detail. You will be experienced working with stakeholders at all levels.
